We create our wood maps to make you happy, and we back that up with our return policies.  If you are not pleased with your purchase from tahoewoodmaps.com, please contact us within 30 days and we will give you a refund or replacement.  While we hope that it doesn’t come to that, we will make it as painless as possible with free return shipping.

*Only purchases made directly from tahoewoodmaps.com qualify for the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.  For all other orders, please contact your authorized reseller for merchant guarantees.

**Tahoe Wood Maps are responsible for return shipping costs (with exceptions)

*** If map arrives damaged, take photos of damaged map and packaging to issue a replacement or refund request. This is a requirement of the shipping insurance. Customers must return the damaged products in their original packaging.

**** Items marked as final sale, including those purchased at shows, craft fairs, and festivals, are not eligible for replacements or refunds. Clients assume responsibility for inspecting items at the time of purchase, and we cannot be held liable for any damages once the item has left our booth.
